The Company was notified on 15 November 2008 by Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited that following the purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 June 2009, it has an interest in 12,519,246 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 5.92 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
