Ruspetro plc, General Meeting Adjourned

Further to the announcement on 6 February 2013, the General Meeting of the Company, held today at 10.30am, has been adjourned for an indefinite period and no resolutions were put to shareholders at the meeting. An announcement as to any reconvening of the General Meeting will be made as and when appropriate.
