Rotork plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, we wish to provide notification of the following as at 30 June 2018.

Rotork plc's capital consists of 870,501,789 ordinary shares with voting rights. Rotork plc holds no treasury shares.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Rotork plc is 870,501,789.

The above figure 870,501,789 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Rotork plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
