Rotork makes the following notification in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.

As at 28 May 2021, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 874,156,063 Ordinary shares of 0.5p each.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 874,156,063 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
