Notifications of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
The Company has been informed that Claudia Arney and Karen Jones, Non-Executive Directors of the Company, have transferred their certificated holdings of Class A Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Shares") to their respective nominee accounts for nil consideration. Following the transfers, their respective beneficial holdings in their Shares remain unchanged.
The attached notifications, which have been made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (as it forms part of UK law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), provide further detail.
