Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK) the gold and base metal exploration company, has been informed that on 11 November 2020, Nicholas Walley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 15,458,440 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in his name, to his qualifying non-UK pension scheme for nil consideration. Nicholas Walley's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 52,464,000 Ordinary Shares representing 6.30 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
