Board Change
Papua Mining (LON: PML) regrets to announce that John Haggman has resigned from the board of the Company owing to family health reasons. John was a key member of the team during the transaction between PML and BGM Investments Pty Ltd and the Board would like to recognise the contribution John has made to the revitalisation of the Company. Although John had a contractual obligation to provide notice to PML, in these particular circumstances the board has elected to waive the required notice period. Accordingly, John's resignation is with immediate effect.
The board would like to extend its best wishes to John and his family and reiterate its regret that circumstances beyond John's control has made this decision necessary.
