STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE

AUSTRALIAN TAX OFFICE ("ATO") ISSUES CLASS RULING ON  ANZON AUSTRALIA LIMITED TRANSACTION

ROC advises that the ATO has issued Class Ruling CR 2009/31 ("Class Ruling").

The Class Ruling applies to certain Australian resident ordinary shareholders of Anzon Australia Pty Limited (formerly Anzon Australia Limited) ("AZA") who disposed of shares in AZA to ROC as described in the Class Ruling. The Class Ruling confirms the availability of partial scrip for scrip capital gains tax roll-over relief for eligible AZA shareholders who are tax resident in Australia.

A copy of the Class Ruling is available on ROC's website at www.rocoil.com.au and is also available from the ATO website at: http://law.ato.gov.au/atolaw.

Further details of the tax implications arising in relation to the ROC takeover of AZA are set out in section 7 of the Bidder's Statement dated 7 August 2008. A copy of the Bidder's Statement is available on ROC's website at www.rocoil.com.au.
