Additional Listing
Application has been made to AIM for admission of up to 146,656,751 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares"). The Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been and will be allotted pursuant to the issue of shares in connection with ROC's acquisition of Anzon Australia Limited ("AZA") ("the Offer").
As at 22 September 2008, ROC had allotted 34,165,866 shares in respect of 43,138,719 AZA shares for which valid acceptances had been received from AZA shareholders under the Offer. Admission of the shares allotted as at 22 September 2008 is expected to become effective on 23 September 2008.
Further allotments of shares to be issued pursuant to the Offer are expected as acceptances are received and announcement of the expected dates for admission of these shares will be made in due course.
