Further to ROC's applicationΒ to AIM forΒ theΒ admissionΒ ofΒ up toΒ 146,656,751Β Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Application") and announcement of theΒ previous allotmentsΒ of sharesΒ under the Application, ROC announces that it hasΒ allotted a furtherΒ 23,402,027Β sharesΒ underΒ the Application.Β Admission of these shares is expected onΒ 14Β OctoberΒ 2008Β and the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue.Β
These shares have been allotted in connection with ROC's acquisition of Anzon Australia Limited ("AZA") ("the Offer") and, as at 13Β OctoberΒ 2008, ROC had allotted in totalΒ 126,664,371Β shares under the Application in respect ofΒ 29,548,024Β AZA shares for which valid acceptances had been received under the Offer.Β Following the issue of these further shares, ROC'sΒ issued share capital consistsΒ ofΒ 571,148,071Β Ordinary Shares.Β
Further allotments ofΒ ROCΒ sharesΒ to be issued pursuant to the Offer are expected as acceptances are received and announcement of the expected dates for admission of these shares will be made in due course.Β
