Roc Oil Company Limited ("The Company" or "ROC")

Additional Listing

Application has been made to AIM for admission of 88,204,750 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, will be allotted pursuant to the issue of shares in connection with ROC's share placement, as announced on 26 June 2009.

Admission of the Shares is expected to become effective on 3 July 2009.
