Montpellier Group PLC14 December 2005 Montpellier Group Plc ("Montpellier or "the Company")14 December 2005 Change of name to Renew Holdings Plc Montpellier, the UK specialist construction services business, announces that acircular convening an EGM to be held at 10.00am on 12 January 2006, has beenposted to shareholders today. At the EGM a special resolution will be proposedto change the name of the Company to Renew Holdings Plc. The Board believes that the change of name will assist Montpellier as it carriesout its new strategy under new Chief Executive Brian May, as described toshareholders in the Chairman's and Chief Executive's reports accompanying itsrecent preliminary results.
