At the Group's Annual General Meeting to be held today,Β Roy Harrison, Chairman of Renew,Β will say the following:
"Trading for the first quarter of the year has been satisfactory,Β despite still challengingΒ marketΒ conditions.Β The order book at 31 December 2009, not includingΒ the potential benefits from frameworkΒ agreements or preferred bidder situations, remainedΒ strong at Β£200m.
Renew remainsΒ debt free with available cash resourcesΒ and, at 31 December 2009, the Group's net cash balanceΒ wasΒ in excess of Β£13m.
The Group's interim resultsΒ will be announced on TuesdayΒ 25Β May 2010."
