Grant of Options
The Company wishes to announce the following grants of options (Options) on 5 February 2010 in Renold's ordinary shares of 5p each (Shares) in accordance with the rules of The Renold plc 2004 Non Inland Revenue Approved Company Share Option Plan:
Robert John Davies (Chief Executive): 2,456,896 Shares
Peter Bream (Finance Director): 1,551,724 Shares
The Options have been issued with an exercise price of 23.2p per Share and no consideration was paid for the grant of the Options.
Following the issue of the Options, Mr Davies and Mr Bream hold the following share options:
