Grant of Options
The Company wishes to announce the following grants of options (Options) on 8 June 2011 over Renold's ordinary shares of 5p each (Shares) in accordance with the rules of The Renold plc 2004 Non Inland Revenue Approved Company Share Option Plan:
Robert Davies (Chief Executive Officer): | 779,356 Shares |
Brian Tenner (Finance Director): | 495,978 Shares |
The Options have been issued with an exercise price of 37.3p per Share and no consideration was paid for the grant of the Options.
Following the issue of the Options, each of Mr Davies and Mr Tenner hold the following share options:
