Annual Report and Accounts

Renold announces that it has posted to shareholders its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011, together with a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 20 July 2011, both of which are available for download from the Company's website at www.renold.com. Copies of the annual report and accounts, the notice of annual general meeting and proxy card have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Renold plc announced its final results on 31 May 2011 in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
