The Rank Group Plc (LSE: RNK) ('Rank') announces the completion of the acquisition of Stride Gaming plc ('Stride')

Rank is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Stride.

John O'Reilly, Rank Chief Executive said:

"Today marks a significant day for Rank. This acquisition delivers a proprietary technology platform and highly experienced team which will accelerate the transformation of Rank and create one of the UK's leading online gaming businesses. Our focus now turns to ensuring we successfully integrate Stride into Rank and realise the potential of our new enlarged digital business."

Forthcoming announcements

Rank will announce its Q1 interim management statement on 17 October 2019.
