RAMBLER MEDIA COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF PRICE EXPRESS Further to its announcement of 20 June 2008, Rambler Media Ltd. ("Rambler" orthe "Company"), operator of one of Russia's most popular internet brands,announces that it has completed its acquisition of the remaining 49% of PriceExpress LLC ("Price Express"), a leading Russian product comparison internetservice. The acquisition received all required regulatory approvals and, as aresult, the Company now wholly owns Price Express. Price Express operates Price.ru, which provides price and product comparisontools designed to help online shoppers make the most cost-effective buyingdecisions. Price Express was one of the first online comparison companies to belaunched in Russia when it was set up in 1997.
