RM plc has received notificationΒ thatΒ onΒ 7 NovemberΒ 2008Β the trustee of the RM plc Employee Share TrustΒ acquiredΒ 26,001Β 2pΒ ordinary shares at an average price of 156.5961p per share.
The RM plc Employee Share Trust is a trust for the benefit of RM employees. In conjunction with the RM Co-Investment PlanΒ and the RM Deferred Bonus Plan, it acquires and holds ordinary shares required for providing awardΒ shares under theseΒ plans.
The following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial ResponsibilityΒ (PDMR)Β are potential beneficiaries of the RM plc Employee Share Trust and, as such, are technically interested in shares held by it.
