Adjournment of the Annual General Meeting

Due to the restrictions on travel, the Annual General Meeting to be held at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday, 26 March 2020 at 142 Park Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 4SE was adjourned.

RM announces that the adjourned meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 6 April 2020 ('Reconvened AGM'). The location will be confirmed closer to the date of the meeting.

The only business to be considered at the Reconvened AGM will be the formal business set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 25 February 2020. As previously announced, Resolution 2 declaring a final dividend will be withdrawn. It is anticipated that only one Director will be in attendance at the Reconvened AGM and will not be available before or after the meeting for questions.

Public gatherings of more than 2 people are not permitted under the new Stay at Home Measures and therefore shareholders are not allowed to attend the AGM in person. Anyone seeking to attend will be refused entry and should vote by proxy. The situation is evolving and further announcements may be required.

Proxy votes received for the AGM will remain valid for the adjourned meeting unless otherwise revoked. Accordingly, the deadline for receipt of forms of proxy and CREST proxy voting instructions will be now extended to 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 2 April 2020.
