PuriCore Plc07 August 2006 PuriCore plc (the 'Company') Blocklisting Applications 7 August 2006: Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and theLondon Stock Exchange for a block listing of 15,183,878 ordinary shares of 1peach of PuriCore plc ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. • 3,284,100 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of individual options granted in the Company; • 9,511,408 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of awards granted under The Sterilox Technologies, Inc. Share Option Scheme 2005; • 227,500 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of awards granted under the Sterilox Technologies, Inc. 2004 Share Option Scheme; • 200,000 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of awards granted under The PuriCore Executive Omnibus Incentive Plan previously referred to as The New Scheme; and • 1,960,870 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants in the Company.
