PuriCore Plc04 September 2007 4 September 2007 PuriCore plc (the 'Company') Blocklisting Applications Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a block listing of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ofPuriCore plc ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. • 2,754,850 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of individual options granted in the Company; • 2,929,842 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of awards granted under The Sterilox Technologies, Inc. Share Option Scheme 2005; • 3,784,231 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of awards granted under The PuriCore Executive Omnibus Incentive Plan and 320,000 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of individual options granted to non-executive directors and non-employees which are governed by the terms of the PuriCore Executive Omnibus Incentive Plan; and • 211,077 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants in the Company.
