Red Leopard Holdings PLC18 December 2007 Red Leopard Holdings Plc (the "Company") Additional Listing The Board of Red Leopard Holdings Plc (the "Company") announces today that ithas been notified that options over 18,033,333 new ordinary shares of 0.2 penceeach in the Company have been exercised at a price of 0.2 pence per share. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinaryshares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that admission will take placeon 21 December 2007. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with theexisting shares of the Company. Following the allotment, the total issued sharecapital of the Company has increased to 399,113,333 ordinary shares.
