Furthermore, the Company is delighted to announce, with immediate effect, theappointment of John Joseph May FCA as a non-executive director. John, 58, is currently a non-executive director of Platinum Diversified MiningInc, which raised $79.5 million in March 2006 on its admission to AIM andnon-executive Chairman of Southbank UK Plc, an engineering group which waslisted on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange in June 2006 with a market cap of£35 million.
