Red Leopard Holdings PLC16 October 2007 Red Leopard Holdings Plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The Company announces that 135,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.2 pence eachhave been issued to institutional and private shareholders at 0.375 pence each,raising gross proceeds of £506,250. The proceeds will be used to enable thecompany to pursue its stated strategy of forming property development jointventures to develop residential apartments which are aimed at the mid marketprice range. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares in the Company and trading of the new ordinary shares on AIM is expectedto commence on 17 October 2007. The total number of ordinary shares in issue following this issue is381,080,000.
