Total Voting Rights

Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the UK's only Midlands-focused Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), with a portfolio of commercial property across all sectors, announces that the Company's issued share capital comprises 179,794,434 Ordinary Shares with 26 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 179,794,408. This figure of 179,794,408 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.
