Director's Dealing

Real Estate Investors plc (AIM:RLE), the West Midlands based property group, announces that today, Paul Bassi, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in his own name at a price of 60.5p per share to Issab Holdings Limited, a company in which he has a 100 per cent equity interest.

Following this transaction Mr Bassi's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 9,283,333 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.98 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
