Tanzanite One Limited23 December 2005 Tanzanite One Limited22nd December 2005 Tanzanite One Limited Directors' Holdings in Company Tanzanite One Limited ("TanzaniteOne" or the "Company") TanzaniteOne was notified on 22nd December 2005 that Jade Pacific ResourcesLimited ("Jade") has sold 575,000 Common Shares of TanzaniteOne, which it heldon behalf of Mr. Michael A. P. Adams, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, andMr. Nicholas T. Sibley, a non-executive director of the Company. The 575,000Common Shares sold were sold on 22nd December 2005 at 139 pence per CommonShare.
