Tanzanite One Limited27 October 2005 Tanzanite One Limited ("TanzaniteOne" or "the Company") Change in directors' interest TanzaniteOne advises that directors Messrs Nunn, Harebottle and Summers havetoday sold 187,455 shares in the Company to fund the exercise of 363,700 optionsinto TanzaniteOne shares. Following completion of the above, their respectiveshareholdings in the Company will be as outlined below. - Mr Mike Nunn, director will increase his interests in Tanzanite One Limitedheld indirectly via Tanzanite One (SA) Ltd from 14,328,227 to 14,372,227 shares.The increase reflects 90,925 new shares to be issued following the exercise of90,925 unlisted options and a sale of 46,925 shares to provide funding for theexercise of the options and associated taxes by Ms Candice Nunn, a related partyto Mr Nunn. - Mr Ian Harebottle, director will increase his interests in Tanzanite OneLimited held indirectly via Tanzanite One (SA) Ltd from 166,667 to 254,912shares. The increase reflects 181,850 new shares to be issued following theexercise of 181,850 unlisted options and a sale of 93,605 shares to providefunding for the exercise of the options and associated taxes. - Mr Mark Summers, director will increase his interests in Tanzanite One Limitedheld indirectly via Tanzanite One (SA) Ltd from 83,333 to 127,333 shares. Theincrease reflects 90,925 new shares to be issued following the exercise of90,925 unlisted options and a sale of 46,925 shares to provide funding for theexercise of the options and associated taxes. The options are expected to be exercised on 2 November 2005.
