In the month of October 2012 the Company issued 2,058 shares as part of the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that, as at 31 October 2012, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company consisted of 284,197,754 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury at the date of this disclosure.
