Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and production company with interests in the North Falkland Basin and the Greater Mediterranean region, provides the following update regarding the Rockhopper Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). The Directors named below have acquired a further interest in Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company as a result of their participation in the SIP in January 2017. The Partnership Shares were acquired using cash contributed by the Directors.
