Richoux Group plc (the "Company")

Trading Update

The Company today announces a trading update following the end of its half year ended 8th July 2012.

The Company currently operates 12 restaurants which are set out below:

·; Richoux - Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Piccadilly and St John's Wood

·; Zippers - Chatham

·; Villagio - Andover, Hammersmith, Berkhamsted and Basildon

·; Dean's Diner - Chatham, Port Solent and Braintree

The Board currently expects to report a profit for the 28 weeks ended 8th July 2012, before any new impairments or provisions are recognised, in the region of £400,000 including a net profit on disposal of approximately £130,000 following the disposals of its freehold central kitchen and disposed sites. The Company currently has cash of approximately £1,500,000.
