Richoux Group plc (the "Company")

Disposal Completion

The Company is pleased to announce that further to the announcement by the Company on 28 September 2011 in regards to the disposal of its freehold Central Kitchen the sale has now completed. The total consideration received by the Company is £900,000 in cash. The Company expects to use the proceeds from the disposal for general working capital purposes.
