Gourmet Holdings PLC28 March 2007 GOURMET HOLDINGS PLC ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 37,500 ordinaryshares of 4p each ("Shares") in the Company, pursuant to the exercise ofoptions. Upon issue, the Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existingissued ordinary shares, and dealings in the Shares are expected to commence on 3April 2007. Upon admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise34,238,018 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold anyshares in treasury.
