Treasury Shares
Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6, on 29 July 2014 Regus plc (the ‘Company’) re-issued 6,529 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Share Option Plan.
Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 6,957,247.
As at the close of business on 29 July 2014, the Company had 950,969,822 ordinary shares (including treasury shares) in issue.
