Regus Group PLC13 May 2005 NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES LETTER TO COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENTS OFFICE Substantial Shareholdings Regus Group plc On 12th May 2005 we received notification in accordance with section 198 of theCompanies Act 1985 ("the Act") of the following: On 10th May 2005 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ("MSSL") disposed of aninterest in the ordinary shares of Regus Group plc ("the Company") that resultedin MSSL holding a total of 30,118,720 ordinary shares of the Company, being3.06% of the issued share capital of the Company. MSSL have transferred from time to time 30,118,720 shares to a third party onterms which give MSSL the right to require the return of an equivalent number ofshares. Accordingly, MSSL's interest in 30,118,720 ordinary shares of theCompany is pursuant to Section 208 (5) of the Act. MSSL is a member of the Morgan Stanley group of companies. Those groupcompanies which are direct or indirect holding companies of MSSL are, under theterms of Section 203 of the Act, each interested by attribution in any shares inwhich MSSL is interested. Notes: The total issued share capital of the Company is 984,791,524 ordinary shares of5 pence each.
