Regus Group PLC13 September 2007 Regus Group plc Treasury Shares Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, Regus Group plc (the "Company") has today re-issued 220,000 ordinary shares currently held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus Group Share Option Plan. The re-issue price was between £1.325 and £1.3275. Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 6,710,001. As at close of business today, the Company had 978,081,523 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
