Total Voting Rights: Correction
The announcement that was released with reference number 5679A at 07:46 on 2 April 2012 contained an error relating to the total voting rights of Regus plc. The correct number of total voting rights in Regus plc is 941,945,745 and not 950,969,822 as previously stated. This announcement replaces the previous version.

Regus plc (the "Company") confirms that as at close of business on 30 March 2012 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 950,969,822 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Ordinary Shares").
9,024,077 Ordinary Shares were held by the Company as treasury shares with no voting rights.
Therefore as at 30 March 2012 the total number of voting rights in the Company was 941,945,745. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules ("DTR").
This announcemnt is made in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
