Regus plc Total Voting Rights: Month End Disclosure
Regus plc (the "Company") confirms that as at close of business on 30th June 2010 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 950,969,822 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights (the "Ordinary Shares").
3,510,000 Ordinary Shares were held by the Company as treasury shares with no voting rights.
Therefore as at 30th June 2010 the total number of voting rights in the Company was 947,459,822. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules ("DTR").
This announcemnt is made in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
