Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons
The Company announces that on 24th March 2009 it received notification from Guillermo Rotman, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility in the Company, that on 24th March 2009 the following shares in the capital of the Company were released to him at nil cost:
171,174 ordinary shares awarded to him by the Company on 3rd November 2005 under its Long Term Incentive Plan; and
390,222 ordinary shares awarded to him by the Company on 21st March 2006 under the Company's Co-Investment Plan.
On the same day, to cover his US withholding tax obligations, he simultaneously sold 165,829 of the resulting shares at a price of 66.5995p per share.
As at 24th March 2009 Mr Rotman holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 408,494 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
