The Company announces that onย 23rdย Marchย 2009ย it received notification fromย Mark Dixon,ย a Director ofย the Company, that onย 23rdย Marchย 2009ย heย exercised his right toย acquireย the following shares in the capital of the Company at nil cost:
269,918 ordinary shares awarded to him as nil cost options by the Companyย under its Long Term Incentive Planย onย 3rdย November 2005;
ย
812,587 ordinary shares awarded to him as nil cost options by the Companyย under its Co-Investment Planย onย 21stย March 2006.
As atย 23rdย March 2009ย Mrย Dixonย heldย an interest in an aggregate amount ofย 360,141,288ย ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
