Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons
The Company announces that on 17th April 2009 it received notification from Mark Dixon, a Director of the Company, that on 17th April 2009 Estorn Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr Dixon, had disposed of 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for total cash consideration of £3,750,000 (being £0.75 per each ordinary share sold).
Following this disposal, Mr. Dixon's interest was reduced to 355,141,288 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (representing approximately 37.45 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).
