Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons
The Company announces that on 17thΒ April 2009 it received notification from Mark Dixon, a Director of theΒ Company, thatΒ on 17thΒ April 2009Β Estorn Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr Dixon,Β hadΒ disposed of 5,000,000Β ordinary shares in theΒ capital of theΒ Company for total cash consideration of Β£3,750,000 (being Β£0.75 per each ordinary share sold).
Following this disposal, Mr. Dixon's interest was reduced to 355,141,288 ordinary sharesΒ in the capital of the CompanyΒ (representing approximately 37.45 per cent. ofΒ the Company'sΒ issued share capital).
