The following announcement replaces the announcement with RNS 8879Q made today at 11.15 in which the price paid for 10 million Shares was stated as 0.95p per Share whereas it should have stated 0.095p per Share, and the price paid for 140 million Shares was stated as 1p whereas it should have stated 0.1p per Share. All other information remains the same.

Directors' Dealings
The Board of RiverFort Global Opportunities plc today announces that Philip Haydn-Slater, Non-Executive Chairman, has on 20 February and 21 February 2019 purchased a total of 150 million ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to the terms of his appointment and as announced on 20 December 2018.
On 20 February Mr Haydn-Slater purchased 10 million Shares at 0.095p per Share, and on 21 February, he made a further purchase of 140 million Shares at 0.1p per Share.
Accordingly, Mr Haydn-Slater now holds a total of 200 million Shares representing a holding of 2.95% of the Company's issued share capital.
