Confirmation of Capital Reduction
Further to the Company's recent announcement of 1 April 2020, RGO is pleased to report that the Registrar of Companies has certified that the Order and Statement of Capital approved by the Court has been registered and accordingly the capital reduction, comprising the cancellation of the Company's deferred shares, Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve, is now effective.
