Announcement by Astar
Paternoster is pleased to note the announcement today in relation to one of its investments, Astar Minerals plc ("Astar").
Astar announced today that it has conditionally raised Β£1.05 million via a proposed placing. In order to effect the placing, Astar will require shareholder consent to, inter alia, increase its existing authority to allot shares for cash on a non pre-emptive basis. Accordingly, a circular, which contains further details of the proposed placing, will today be posted to all Astar shareholders together with a Notice of General Meeting.
