Directors' dealings

Paternoster Resources (AIM: PRS), the investing company focused on the natural resources sector, announces that on 8 June 2015, Nicholas Lee, Chairman of the Company, and Matt Lofgran, a director of the Company, completed the purchase of 3 million ordinary shares each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.2099p and 0.206p per Ordinary Share respectively.

As a result of these transactions, Nicholas Lee holds 4.6 million Ordinary Shares representing 0.68 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and options over a further 42 million Ordinary Shares and Matt Lofgran holds 4.6 million Ordinary Shares representing 0.68 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and options over a further 20 million Ordinary Shares.
