Board Changes
Viridas, the AIM listed investing company, focused on the natural resources sector (AIM:VIR), announces, following the recent completion of the restructuring of the Company, that Mr Martin Brink has stepped down from the board of directors of the Company. In addition, Mr Nicholas Lee, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today been appointed to the role of Chairman of the Company.
