Regional REIT Limited (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them ("PCA").
The Company announces that Mr Daniel Taylor, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has transferred 259,999 shares in the Company for nil consideration to his wife, Mrs Charmian Taylor, a person closely associated (PCA) with Mr Taylor.
The transfer took place on 10 June 2020.
Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of shares by Mr Taylor and persons closely associated is 709,998 shares, representing 0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.
This notification is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
