The Real Good Food Company plc ("Real Good Food" or "the Group"), is a supplier of sugars and bakery ingredients and a manufacturer of bakery products. 

At today's Annual General Meeting of shareholders, which was held at the Group's head office in Liverpool, all the resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
